Over the last few months we’ve unfortunately had to put both of our senior cats down. We had transferred from another vets after not a very good experience. Every single member of the team we have dealt with have been kind and compassionate. Each time we have never been rushed and allowed to spend as much time needed with our pets. They made two difficult experiences that little bit easier and I thank them for that. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Highly recommend White cross vets in Gateacre. Staff all very helpful and reassuring. My dog actually loves going to the vets.

Took Molly there yesterday for glands and nails under their wellness plan, she had some treatment for a sore pad and was only charged for the medication so have already had my moneys worth under this plan, very happy with the service received and Molly was such a good girl 😆

Really happy with the service provided for my cat. Friendly staff and informed throughout treatment and during and after operation for spaying. Also required follow up appointments to see how my cat was doing and healing. Highly recommend vet practice.

Debbie, one of the receptionist is the heart and soul of the vets! Always so friendly and welcoming every time I bring my cat, anytime I phone to make an appointment I always wish for Debbie - such a kind woman who makes every visit to the vets so much fun.
