Honestly this might be the most useless medical service I ever used. My cat was diagnosed with gingivitis after many visity to the doctor and every single medic we had had limited knowledge about the course of action in this case. We were lucky that an intern told us that we have to extract the teeth, the doctors were absolutely useless. No post surgery checks or advice, no feel of urgency or responsibility, nothing. Everyone in that building looks like they are under a spell. Having the appointment at a fixed hour only to be taken 30-40 mins later. every single time. Been there for almost 4 years and no sign of improvement.

Just an amazing vet that takes all the stress out of what comes with vet visits and any procedures being done on pets. Easiest vet to recommend to friends and family for me in this area I've been multiple times and I am amazed by how incredible the service is every time from the reception team to the nurses

We have been with Liverpool vets for 4 years and highly recommend, we wouldn’t go anywhere else. All staff are so kind, friendly and efficient. Always able to get a quick last-minute appointment when our naughty dog eats something he shouldn’t (regularly), never a long waiting time in the surgery and always clean, informative and just really lovely. Always patient and soft with our dog even though he gets very nervous. Best vets in Liverpool would recommend to everyone!

Truly the most exceptional, professional and supportive vets I ever encountered. I had to bring in my new kitten who suddenly got very ill just a few days ago. I originally took her to a practice closer to me, but the vet grossly misdiagnosed her as just being fussy and getting used to new environment. The vet here, Phoebe immediately spotted she was sick and did all the tests needed to diagnose her. Another vet, Colm who also took care of her, was also so kind and amazing with her and made sure she was not in pain. My sweet kitten sadly passed away yesterday but I know that she was given the absolute best quality care in her final days and did not suffer like she would have done if I listened to the other vet. Even though I now live in Birkenhead, I will still only ever bring my other, adult cat to this practice.

After taking our Corgi puppy to The Liverpool Vets for his first vaccination, we knew we struck gold with this practice. We cannot thank the team enough for the love and support they show us and Bailey, our puppy, throughout all of his check ups and vaccination appointments. We leave feeling reassured and confident after every visit, with all of our questions answered. Not to mention Bailey’s love for the team and their treats! Thank you so much Danielle and the team x

First time bringing our puppy here. Absolutely amazing vets, everyone was so welcoming and lovely. Couldn’t do more to help and advise us in the right direction, Frankie loved his treats and we all felt so at ease throughout his visit.
