Great experience from booking Ann appointment over the phone to visiting practice have a German shepherd dog and receptionist and vet treated her as a vip 👍

Took our wee dog to the vet yesterday for a firework consultation and had a full MOT. Talk about a personal and holistic assessment - the Vet Ted Leech is absolutely fabulous, gave us great advice and reassurance and Fiona just loved him! Highly recommend him!

The staff here are wonderful. My cat is quite skittish and they managed to keep her calm enough to be examined and were very gentle with her. I’m thankful to have them as my vet

Feeling a little disappointed that an expired dose of the vaccine was given to my cat. I know mistakes happen but we were not offered a discounted price or free vaccine for when we have to bring her back next week for another one. Vet was really nice and really caring with the cats though. Update: The surgery offered me a refund for the error made. Really nice goodwill gesture, demonstrating what a good vets they are.

We sadly had to let our 14 year old boy Disney go on Thursday 💔🌈 I can’t thank the vet and her colleagues enough for how they treated us and our boy in his final journey on this earth our boy went so peacefully and just how we hoped and wanted it to be as we have never experienced it before 💔thank you so much ❤️
