I cant stress to anyone how amazing Alisha and the team are at vets4pets in speke! My jack russel Penny was the most precious thing to me and in the nearly 11 years she was with me had never been to a vet in her life so choosing a vet to take her to was such a hard decision but looking back i know i chose the right vet! She became ill and i rang to make an appointment which was really easy, as soon as i arrived for the Appointment Alisha knew exactly what was wrong with her before she had even seen her or run any tests. Whilst being kept in for emergency surgery i knew Penny was being well looked after by all of the team, after 2 days at home and follow up appointments Penny required further care and Alisha attended on her day off to provide the care and along with Troy and Leanne stayed after closing to give penny the attention she needed, also allowing me and my family to stay with Penny the whole time. Unfortunately it wasnt the outcome any of us wanted and i had to make the difficult decision of putting her to sleep. This decision was made easier knowing i was surrounded by genuine caring people who definitely put the care of all animals first! The devastation of leaving a pet behined and that dreaded journey home was made easier knowing that the team were really passionate about what they do and Penny had received the best possible care as it is clearly more than a job to them! After picking Pennys ashes up on Tuesday the team had put thought and effort into the sentimental keepsakes that everyone would want after their beloved pet had passed away which at the time you dont even consider or think you will need! Although it was the worst day of my life i will be forever greatful for all of the team here and everything they done for both me and Penny 💗💔🐶

Alisha, Troy and team have recently opened up this new practice (so ignore reviews from over 8 years ago, that's not them!). Alisha is always fantastic at looking after my family's very grumpy cat. You can tell the team truly love and care for all animals and they're always professional, kind, empathetic and caring with excellent high-spec equipment. Exactly what you want from a vet practice. Prices are as you would expect, they're part of the vets for pets franchise. Will continue to have Alisha as my vet for sure, couldn't possibly go anywhere else!

Our vet Sarah is amazing. We signed our 8 week old puppy up to Vets4Pets after hearing other people’s positive experiences when we were shopping in store. This is not our usual vet with our other animals but we are changing them over as the service and care they provide is just unmatched. The people on reception, Troy, in particular are so welcoming and always give puppy a fuss, she absolutely loves the vets! Sarah our vet is just incredible, pups tail starts wagging as soon as she sees her. Appointments NEVER feel rushed and the time is always taken to explain things and answer any questions I have, unlike other practices I have previously attended which feel very like a in/out service and rushed. I can’t fault Vets4Pets. Highly recommended the new practice.

Alisha, Troy and team are incredible. Alisha has taken so much time and care to help get our Yorkie back to being more confident in going to the vets. Nothing is too much trouble, the whole team really have the best interests of every one of the animals they look after at heart. Couldn't recommend them enough, thank you for everything you have done for Teddy ❤️

Took my rescue cat in who is very nervous and rarely likes other people, but Alicia was so good with him and really made me us both feel calm. She talked me through everything and was honestly so lovely. I was really happy with the service so I signed up for the pet plan so it’s now my regular vet. Troy was also so lovely and helpful. Thank you so so much!!

I can’t recommend vets4pets Speke enough. The team was friendly, efficient, and clearly cared about my cat. They explained everything calmly, answered my questions, and helped my nervous kitty feel safe. Quick appointment and fair pricing, we’ll be coming back.

Had nothing but joy with these guys. They do one of the hardest jobs in the universe and they go above and beyond. I’ve had two little rescue kits from them, both are thriving under their care. I’ve not a bad word to say about them, sometimes they have to make the decisions we simply can’t. A true testament to their work. Alisha and her team are simply the best

Last week I had to take my 8 year old chocolate lab Buster to be put down as sadly his back legs had gone and every day tasks had become too difficult for him. What was a very difficult day for myself was made much easier by the kind and highly professional conduct of the Vets for Pets staff. Head vet Alisha did the procedure ensuring Buster was never in distress and allowed me to stay with him during and after the procedure. I never felt rushed and everything was conducted with mine and Buster’s wishes in mind. While I will no longer be needing the services of Vets for Pets, I wanted to take the time to write a review to highlight how great a service Troy and Alisha are running as I know they will treat every pet that comes through the doors with the utmost care and kindness.
