Listen I can not thank these people enough .. I recently joined and my Bella fell ill ...I heard good and bad so I had to make a quick decision as my dog was deterioting fast !! WELL IT WAS THE BEST EVER DECISION I MADE .. these people saved my Bellas life.. I never do reviews but this one i had to ..Maxine explained everything and Keith and team done an emergency operation .. and my Bellais doing great..I TRUELY RATE THIS VETS AND ITS TEAM WITH OUT THESE PEOPLE MY DOG WOULD NOT BE HERE Maxine even bought me flowers and kept ringing to see how Bella was recovering .. We visited Cooper Beech vets as my cat was very poorly with worsening mouth problems. Brilliant that we could just come to the drop in session without waiting for an appointment . We have been registered for a long time with another vets not far from Cooper Beech and had already taken our cat there ,the week before and had some basic treatment but due to their high estmate for treatment costs decided to get a second opinion.and opted for Cooper Beech. We saw Rebecca and Zara, who were so gentle and patient with our cat , after checking her mouth they advised having a sedation to check thoroughly but gave her pain relief and antibiotics injections. They explained everything it could be including worse case scenario and discussed options if it was bad news ie putting her to sleep.This was all done in a very professional and kind manner. We returned the following day for sedation but on checking her under sedation worst case scenario came true and Rebecca rang to advise of her issues and we made the sad and hard decision to put her to sleep as her condition was not treatable and it would cause her more pain to keep her alive. It wasnt the outcome we wanted to hear but I would like to thank Rebecca and Zara for their honesty and kindness while treating our cat and to us when we had to collect her. I would also like to thank another member of the team ( however i didnt get her name - she had red hair ) who was so kind when we came to collect our cat. They all seemed to really care. I would thoroughly recomend anyone to use this veterinary pratice as the service we received was the best and also the costs were way below what we had already been quoted at the other vets. I will now only use Cooper Beech in the future. Thank you again .

Keith and Maxine are amazing vets and all the nurses and staff are lovely. I was so nervous taking my dog into have an operation and I was put at ease. Max was looked after so well and the cost isn't overpriced like most vets these days. Thank you Copper Beach No1 vets.

By far the best veterinarian surgery in the country with the most amazing staff and customer care I have ever had the experience of being privileged to have had access too and there have been many to compare throughout my life as a multiple doggy household. I honestly could not recommend enough…. Many many thanks to everyone at copper beech vets ❤️ x

Our first experience at Copper Beech Vets was lovely. ❤️ They happily accepted us as a last minute appointment as our dog Jinx needed an irritated bump removed. Both me and my mum were nervous for her but the staff quickly put us and Jinx at ease. Welcoming staff, clear explanations and not at a wild price either. After a few hours with the vet, Jinx is now at home resting after being pampered by staff. Thank you very much! Absolutely recommend! ❤️🐾
