I have never used this vet before but I'm glad I did! I only called them yesterday teatime after seeing there was something not right with my dogs paw..... I spoke to a lovely lady named Kate, she got Pepsi registered straight away and scheduled an appointment for next day. We attended our appointment and it went really well, they were able to help Pepsi there and then. The lady on reception was very nice and loved the way she greeted Pepsi, the vet was amazing, she had 2 dogs the same breed herself so she took a shine to Pepsi straight away 😊 I couldn't go in with Peps when she got her treatment but I knew she was being well looked after. When collecting her medication from the other lady on reception she was again lovely and very helpful explaining everything, then when we got to the price (which I was scared of) I can honestly say I was shocked, it was half of what I thought it would be. Even when I got home and was preparing Pepsis food, I was unsure if I could give both meds at the same time so I called them to double check, spoke to another lovely lady called Sharon, who was again extremely helpful and happy to help. I would definitely recommend this practice and I will definitely be a returning customer!! Thanks for everything today and seeing us so quickly! The meditation seems to be working and no side affects, Pepsi all relaxed in bed now! 10/10

Took dogs in to have there injections and health check , everyone very helpful and friendly . Eve was the vet we saw she was very friendly and informative and put are dogs at ease and gave them a good check over

Brilliant practice, very friendly staff always, used their on line booking and found it very easy to use , plus ordered wormers and flea treatment at the same time 👍

We have had many good experiences and visits with our dog to the Formby practice. They are really good in there and I would definitely recommend them as a very good vet practice.

The whole team are super friendly and they even have a space to keep cats high up away from any curious dogs! We would definitely recommend ☺️

Brilliant. Thank you. How ever I wish I’d have known the cost of the flee and tick tablet as I was shocked when I saw the itemised bill. Maybe a price list in the treatment rooms would be a good idea.

As usual me and dog Ralphie were seen promptly and professionally. The vet, Aurora, was attentive and understanding of his reactivity and fear. She administered the kennel cough vaccine to a moving target expertly. Staff kindly provided a replacement vaccine record. Everyone there was pleasant and their compassion for their patients shines through. Thanks to all. Steve
