Since our registering with the vets we found the treatment to be invasive and overzealous. It felt like the treatments were being carried out in order to charge money rather than for the welfare of our baby boy. Towards the end of his life there were suggestions to carry out investigations although the vet confirmed that even if an issue was found there would be no treatment available due to his age. Further although we had insurance cover we needed to pay for all treatments in full. The invoices would be then submitted by the vets so we would be reimbursed, It could take weeks and often needed several chasers for the invoice to be submitted to the insurance. We recently lost our baby boy and have not had any contact from the practice it reaffirms our belief that all they were interested in was money.

We’ve been bringing Frank to Crosby Village Vets since he was born, and the care has been amazing every single time. The team always greets him by name and makes him feel so comfortable - he actually gets excited to go in! From routine check-ups to little emergencies, they’ve consistently gone above and beyond with their service and kindness. The monthly subscription is also brilliant - it makes booking appointments and keeping up with his health so easy and stress-free. We wouldn’t trust anyone else with him. Highly recommend! 🐾

Village vets Crosby are always there when needed. Amazing practice . ALL the staff are amazing. Christine the vet was exceptional as usual . We wouldn’t take our dogs anywhere else. She listened to our concerns and thoroughly checked our dogs before prescribing medication. She gave helpful advice regarding keeping our pets safe and stress free during fireworks season. I've been a member here for a year and every time they make my kitty's visit as lovely as possible. You can tell straight away everyone there loves interacting with every animal that walks in and the cat waiting room is really relaxing for anxious kitties. So much so my cat fell asleep for a little bit while waiting for her appointment even though she was really nervous getting there. The vets are so caring and patient and I would recommend this vets highly

Been going to this Vets practice for 6 years now and even before we got our cat Luna, the practice offered free friendly advice and tips how look after, what food etc to feed then our new kitten, that we were getting from an animal rescue sanctuary The whole team in Crosby have been really lovely and patient with both ourselves and our cat. Always offering advice when needed. Like most cats Luna gets quite anxious going to the vets, but love how they have a cat only space for her to wait in until she is seen to. Very friendly and professional team there. Would highly recommend them

Village Vets are such a wonderful practice. You can tell that everyone working there really loves animals and really cares. I trust them implicitly and wouldn't consider going anywhere else. Highly recommended (and I have recommended them to friends who have subsequently signed up and feel the exact same way!)
